Ty has no shortage of Welsh type and show stopping pony presence. He consistently exhibits excellence in trainability and rideability with superior balance in his canter and fluid trot. An excellent choice to cross with Welsh section A, C and D, Ty would also complement larger mares of other breeds - to provide athletic prospects with temperament, movement, substance and rideability, eligible for Welsh, Westfalen, and now American Hanoverian Riding Pony (AHRP) registration.
Approved Westfalen for Welsh Stud Book I with overall score of 7.80 (including 8.5 for Type). Multiple foals also approved Westfalen with PREMIUM ratings as high as 8.5 for type and overall scores as high as 8.4. They are sociable, well balanced, and eager to please.
Numerous class & division championships for NDPC Partner Series In-Hand, IBC classes, USDF All Breed, and WPCSA since he began competing in 2019, and in Materiale in his first season under saddle in 2022. He is currently prepping for third level after his finishing his 2024 season at second level, with scores as high as 69% with AA owner/ rider/ breeder/ trainer Amy Riley.

Here is Ty's full USDF Materiale 4 year Old Final Championship Class. Posting it unedited as a testament to his temperament and work ethic. This is his second under saddle show, and largest group of mixed company (mares and stallions) he has been asked to work in. He loves his counter canter departs, but we will get those sorted out. Thankfully they don't count against us in this class. His focus and relaxation are a gift!
